Thank
you for visiting VANTAGE LIGHTING, Inc. This website is being provided
for the benefit of our customers.

We
understand our customers have different wants and needs so we offer
products from various manufacturers of similar design and function.
Prices vary from one to another. If a specific brand is required please
let us know at time of order or we will ship available brand. All
lamps supplied by Vantage Lighting meet the specifications issued
by the American National Standards Institute. We guarantee the quality
of all lamps we supply. Prices charged are net each unless indicated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. |

For
large quantity purchases, please call for a special quote. We usually
will be able to beat your current source!

| Freight:
Orders
are shipped F.O.B. San Rafael, California. Vantage will ship via lowest
cost method. Over night, 2ND Day Air and Special Delivery is available.
Additional costs will be added to invoice. There is No Minimum Order,
however orders under $50.00 will be assessed a convenience fee of
$7.50. |
| Freight
Claims: Shipments
received with obvious outer damage must either be refused or inspected
immediately in the presence of the carrier. If accepted the Bill of
Lading must indicate shipment was received with outer damage. All
damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Vantage Lighting
will do its best to help with all damaged freight claims. Concealed
damage or shortages must be reported within five days or claims cannot
be filed. |

Terms:
Established
accounts and Tax-supported entities: Payment is due net 30 Days.
Past Due accounts will be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month.
New accounts: Major Credit cards are accepted, or payment in advance.
To establish commercial accounts please download our
Credit Application. Some Credit card purchases may be conducted
on-line (a separate website is provided at: http://www.powerchordnetwork.com/KenRad/)
or faxed to us at: 415-507-0502.

| Returns:
All returns must receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from a Vantage representative
prior to return. Please
call 415-507-0402 and ask for customer service. Only products authorized
on the RGA will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a
copy of the packing list from the original shipment. Any returns without
an RGA number clearly marked on the outer package label will
be refused and returned to customer at their expense. Vantage Lighting
will gladly correct our errors and replace defective products supplied
by us at no cost to you. Other returns will be subject to a 35%
restocking charge. Only items unused and unopened will be accepted.
We do not take back Special Order or Blanket order items. Returns
must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. |

Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail, e-mail. If you cannot find
the lighting product you are looking for, please call so one of our
lighting experts can help you get the lighting you need. Feel free
to call for assistance. |
| Buyback
Policy:
Send us a list of your unused overstocked lamps and Vantage Lighting
will make you an offer you can't refuse. Lamps must be unused, unopened
in original manufacturers boxes and in resaleable condition. See our
Sales Specials for a listing of some buy backs. |
