Hi-Tech Lamps, Inc. Acquires Assets of Vantage Lighting, Inc.

Mountain View, California, Oct. 23, 2009 – Hi-Tech Lamp, Inc. a California corporation, has acquired a majority of the assets of Vantage Lighting, Inc. of San Rafael California.  

Wes Moloney, President of Hi-Tech Lamps, Inc., announced today that Hi-Tech Lamps has reached an agreement with Peter Allsman, President and Owner of Vantage Lighting to acquire a majority of the assets of Vantage Lighting, Inc.  “Our goal is to continue to provide the products, service and pricing that Vantage Lighting’s customers have appreciated for years.  Vantage Lighting’s focus on the education AV and municipal lighting markets over the last 20 years has yielded Vantage Lighting a substantial market share,” said Mr. Moloney. “This will nicely complement the research, scientific, industrial and medical markets that have been our focus at Hi-Tech Lamps since 2001.”
